Co-Owner and Managing Partner
Eddie Bowman is an Owner and Manager of Knockout Home Solutions, bringing over 30 years of hands-on experience in the new construction industry. His background is rooted in working with a well-known local low-voltage wiring and security company, where he developed a deep understanding of how homes are built from the ground up.
Throughout his career, Eddie has been closely involved in the installation and integration of essential home systems, giving him a practical, detail-oriented perspective that directly benefits homeowners. His experience allows him to identify potential issues, recommend effective solutions, and contribute to projects with a level of insight that only comes from decades in the field.
As a co-owner of Knockout Home Solutions, Eddie plays an active role in managing operations and supporting both the inspection and exterior services sides of the business. His focus is on delivering consistent quality, clear communication, and results that homeowners can rely on.
Outside of work, Eddie prioritizes time with family and enjoys being outdoors, riding dirt bikes, playing guitar, and writing music.
Co-Owner and Managing Partner
Joe DeGruttola is a co-founder and co-owner of Knockout Home Solutions, with experience across nearly every facet of the residential home building industry spanning almost two decades. He began his career with home building supplier McClure-Johnson, now Beacon Supply.
Joe went on to build a strong background in mortgage lending, mortgage appraisals, and title search for both multi-family and single-family dwellings. He later served as a General Manager, overseeing the development, construction, and sales of residential lifestyle communities with Ryan Homes/NVR Inc., one of the largest home builders in the United States.
He also gained experience as an Area Manager in low-voltage wiring, smart home technology, and fire and burglar systems with Guardian Protection Services. After helping lead the turnaround and growth of a once-struggling exterior home improvement company as Vice President, Joe co-founded Knockout Home Solutions in January 2022.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems, a Master of Business Administration, and a Six Sigma Green Belt. His background allows him to develop structured, results-driven processes that benefit both current and future customers. Homeowners working with Knockout Home Solutions can expect a well-organized, informed, and reliable experience.
